pay-and-display bays are available on the main roads outside the studio from 09:00 – 17:00, monday–saturday. sainsbury's car park (6-minute walk) offers 90 minutes of free parking. free on-street parking is usually available on nearby roads after 17:00 on saturdays and all-day sunday. always check local signs for the latest restrictions.

while our studio doesn't have its own changing rooms, there are changing and shower facilities on the premises that our clients are welcome to use.

we allow a 5-minute grace period. after that, you won't be allowed to join the class and your credit will be forfeited, so please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class to avoid disappointment.
